  1. QUICK UPDATE. Both the MIRAGE and RUSKI paint schemes for the Rubber Bunny Halob-8 now include a short-cabin version as well as tintable Jerry Cans. Updates have been sent out, hopefully I didn't leave anyone out
  2. Replying to this here since it follows the same train of thought. The most common issue I run into when introducing someone to GTFO or helping them is simply that there are NO instructions included when you buy it. I realise there's online videos and this forum, but the first point of call for anyone who buys the HUD (indeed any item in SL and RL for that matter) is to read the bloody manual - a bit hard in this case when none is supplied. Can I suggest that we look at putting in a simple set of instructions explaining how the hud works, and how to add cargo to your mod vehicle. I'd be more than happy to assist in this if needed.
  3. Update time (July 17th) New paint for the Rubber Bunny Marlin. This is a generic nautical-themed paint dubbed Charter1. Repaints all the usual stuff inside and out, includes Suzuki outboards, and comes with 3 hull options. You can have the plain imagery on the side, or a couple with sign writing (Marine Charter Tours or Blake Sea Explorer). As usual, available from my main store, my Sagitatta Freight hub, or from Janie's landing, and of course on MP too: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Marlin-Paint-Applier-Charter-1/17664216 In other news - if you own the Rubber Bunny Halob hovercraft and ever felt like tinting the Jerry Cans, well now you can. At all of the above places, I have a box you can grab, which includes a white, untinted version of the Jerry Cans. Just manually apply it and use the in-world colour picker to tint them how you want. Instructions are supplied - oh, and its FREE
  4. There's been a bit of an issue with the Vapi page over the last week or so but other than that it seems fine to me. Admittedly these forums probably aren't being used as much as they could be but I personally still see people doing GTFO freight runs every day I'm in SL. The in-world group chat still seems quite active also
  5. Update time again (30th June) "I am the Knight Rider, I'm a fuel-injected suicide machine" Here's my latest release, the MFP Interceptor paint scheme for the Zamani Torero, made famous from the opening car chase in the cult movie classic "Mad Max" Available now for 100L and includes number plates too. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Torero-Paint-Applier-Interceptor/17548893 Demo available at my Main store and GTFO hub in Bay City: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bay City - Truro/202/139/25
  6. Update time (15th June) Decided to do a companion paint scheme to my most popular paint, that being the "Polar" paint i make for the Rubber Bunny Halob. Anyway, this one is called "ARCTIC", and it's made for the amphibious Stolly. Full repaint of exterior and interior parts, and also includes 3 separate wheel colour options - heck you could change the wheels every single time you drive the Stolly if you wanted Available on MP here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Stolly-Paint-Applier-Arctic/17460494 Also available (including a demo) from my main store in Bay City here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bay City - Truro/202/139/25
  7. Some vehicles compatible with GTFO are free. Three i suggest are: Shields Yacht, here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Shields-Class-sailboat-V2/7352166 Mekong Cruiser boat, here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Michie-Marine-Mekong-Cruiser/8122517 S&W MD500 helicopter, available in-world from Hollywood Airport or S&W Main store (ask in GTFO group or Aviation group and someone will give you a landmark)
  8. Update time (yes seriously.. again) Couldn't resist doing a paint job for the new Zamani Torero muscle car (yeah, they aren't fooling anyone with that name... it's a Mustang haha) Here it is, a replica of the Shelby GT500 Super Snake Available at my main store of course (including a rezzable demo) for 75L and on MP here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Torero-Paint-Applier-Shelby/17287893
  9. May 18 - update time. Here's my latest release, dubbed "Mirage". It's a paint scheme for the Rubber Bunny Halob, based on a real life hovercraft used by the Sheraton Mirage Resort in 1988. They had 6 of these hovercrafts, which they used to take passengers from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, site of the World Expo in 1988. Full repaint as usual, so that's exterior, interior, and most of the accessories. However, this only paints the LONG cabin Halob. Found on MP here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Halob-Paint-Applier-Mirage/17282193 and there's a demo to rez at both my main store in Bay City and my freight hub in Sagittata. In other news, my main store is now a GTFO Hub - accepts road vehicles and helos/airships. Helipad is on the roof and trucks can drive round the back to unload.

  12. Regarding the JAVA Explorer https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/JM-Explorer-Floatplane-w-Automatic-Flaps-Automatic-Takeoff-Wind-System/11331248 This plane was given out as a prize a few weeks ago in the drivers of SL group and a few people had issues with it not being able to deliver to certain airports (Whitestar was the common one). I just discovered that on the vehicle page: https://sl-gtfo.com/vc.php that the Explorer is listed as a BOAT and not a seaplane. Maybe that;s the issue
  13. April 15 update. Well the one positive from the recent spate of TP and sim-crossing crashes, is that I am getting more time to paint So, I've managed to finish off one of the paint schemes i showed in my previous post: It's called "Killigrew", and that's the RL name of a cheetah marine catamaran delivered to Falmouth Harbour. I've made it about as accurately as I could given the limitations of SL, and I think it's come out pretty good. Like most of my paint appliers, almost every single part of the boat is re-textured. Available on MP here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Marlin-Paint-Applier-Killigrew/17059593 Full-size demo can be rezzed in-world at my main store or at my GTFO Hub.
  14. Update time No new releases yet, though I've got a few projects underway at the moment. The update is that both my main store in Bay City, and my Freight Hub in Sagittata, now have Casper Holo-vendors on site. This allows you to rezz a demo of ANY paint scheme I've made, on a full-sized vehicle. The added bonus is that both locations have saved quite a few prims, so I am toying with the idea of making my main store another GTFO Hub - it would have road access as well as a rooftop area for helicopters or airships. Since I don't need as much space in the building any more, I've converted level 3 into a vehicle art gallery. If you've got any nice pictures you want to see displayed there (need to be in 4:3 ratio approx) then hit me up in-world As for projects, here's a teaser:
